Welcome Pass was created as a result of my personal experience. Over the past 20 years, I have been an international traveler and expatriate and I have encountered many situations where I needed recommendations, directions, information, insights and sometimes assistance.

In addition, I‘ve heard many stories of foreigners having a difficult time coping with French cultural and lifestyle differences. With Welcome Pass, I want to chase away the typical French service “clichés” and offer international visitors with an affordable, friendly, 24/7 personal assistance that makes them feel welcomed throughout their stay in France.
