Choose the membership that’s best for you
If you would like to have personal assistance strictly during your stay, a 7 day or 15 day membership may be best. For personal assistance prior to arrival, a one month membership will give you the time to prepare a great trip. We’ll do everything possible to make your stay memorable. Based on your preferences, we’ll share our best addresses and recommendations including the ones that you won’t find in the tourist guides.

Access the service at your convenience
Once a member, you’ll receive an email with your access information to your personal assistant via toll free number, email and online. Within a few days your personalized membership card and Welcome gift certificate will arrive in the mail. Once you make your first request your membership starts. You have one year to make your first request. You can make as many requests as you’d like during your membership
